• Clicking on “Complete E-Signature on Compliance Forms” task gives you the following error:

SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Login to system
2. Proxy as a person assigned to the task “Complete E-Signature on Compliance Forms” (usually HR)
3. Navigate to the affected candidate via onboarding dashboard
4. Click on "start" for the task
5. Encounter the error message "[COE0019] Please check your email and add your e‑Signature on DocuSign"

• System behaviour, not an issue. Customer uses remote signature: e-Signature Methods Supported in Onboarding and Offboarding | SAP Help Portal
• Remote signature: This functionality is supported by DocuSign. With the Remote signature support, you can sign documents directly in DocuSign, using a web browser or a mobile device. Whenever a signature is required, you will receive an email with a URL and instructions on how to sign the forms. Click on the URL, to sign the document.

The person assigned to this task has to sign the document via the received email, not via the user interface of SuccessFactors.
