3636960 - Vietnam postal code validation failing with error ' Postal code XXXXX must have the length 6'

• When creating business partners for Vietnam, the system requires a 6-digit postal code, whereas the standard for Vietnam is 5 digits.
• Error message appears when attempting to set a 5-digit postal code, and the system does not validate the input unless it is 6 digits.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Manage Business Partner Master Data" application.
2. Select a business partner ID.
3. Attempt to enter a 5-digit postal code for Vietnam.
4. Observe that the system does not validate and gives error for the postal code unless it is 6 digits.

The configuration for Vietnam in SSCUI 102592 (Set Country-Specific Checks) is incomplete.

1. Open "Manage your Solution" or CBC and access SSCUI 102592 (Set Country-Specific Checks).
2. Update the configuration for Vietnam as follows:
   1. Set the length of the postal code to 5.
   2. Set the checking rule to 4.
3. Save the changes and test the configuration to ensure the issue is resolved.
