3636983 - Incorrect display of service entry sheet (SES) in SBWP

Symptom

  • When accessing a work item for Service Entry Sheet (SES) approval in the SBWP inbox, the SES object does not display correctly after certain navigation steps.
  • The system displays a blank ML81N screen with only the purchase order (PO) number populated.
  • This issue occurs when navigating from SES to PO and back to SES or work item.
  • The problem persists even when returning to the SBWP inbox and attempting to access other SES work items.
