3637008 - Duplicate Interactions in Timeline During CTI Integration Testing with Agent Console Add-On

Symptom

  • During CTI integration testing using the Agent Desktop/Service Agent Console (Live Engagement Centre), duplicate interactions appear in the Interactions Timeline.
  • This occurs under the following conditions:
    • The Processor is logged into the Agent Desktop in multiple browser tabs.
    • Even with a single Agent Desktop tab, other open tabs in the browser can cause duplication.
    • Duplicate interactions are visible in both the Interactions Timeline and the Phone Calls work centre.
