Symptom
- During CTI integration testing using the Agent Desktop/Service Agent Console (Live Engagement Centre), duplicate interactions appear in the Interactions Timeline.
- This occurs under the following conditions:
- The Processor is logged into the Agent Desktop in multiple browser tabs.
- Even with a single Agent Desktop tab, other open tabs in the browser can cause duplication.
- Duplicate interactions are visible in both the Interactions Timeline and the Phone Calls work centre.
