3637027 - Multiple Elements Pop-up Does Not Pre-Select Solution or Branch - Charm

When working with a request for change document in Charm on clicking the "Multiple Elements" in the Solution Documentation Assignment block to add elements it is found that the pop-up asks the user to select the Solution and Branch.
