Not possible to locate the users flagged with errors in the check tool, when trying to correct the issues or locate the corresponding work order.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to the Check Tool.
2. Select System Health.
3. Go to Contingent Workers.
4. Run the check "Display users having an inconsistent start date and end date between job information and work order".
5. Observe that user IDs and work orders displayed are not found.

The issue was caused by users being purged from the system while their associated work orders were not deleted.

1. Go to "Import and Export Data";
2. Download the template for Work Order;
3. Fill in the file with the necessary user data, setting the operation to "Delete";
4. Import the completed file back into the system;
5. Re-run the check tool to confirm the work order is no longer returned.
