3637112 - Error when trying to refresh a import job in SAC that consumes Master Data from BW

• An error occurs when attempting to load Master Data from SAP BW into SAP Analytics Cloud: "Job has been canceled due to a planned maintenance activity. For more information, see SAP Note 2728183 - SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Release & Delivery Schedule."
• The issue arises only with data loads involving a large number of records. 
• Loads containing approximately 40,000 to 50,000 records complete successfully, whereas those exceeding 250,000 records fail. 

SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.8.13 

1. Log in to SAC;
2. Go to the Dimension;
3. In the workspace, switch to Data management;
4. Attempt to refresh the data.  (The refresh process remains in a loading state for approximately six hours before eventually failing with the error mentioned above).

The issue is caused by a defect in the SAC agent version 1.0.425, which leads to significantly slow performance during flat master data import from SAP BW. This version contains a known bug that was later resolved in the SAC agent version 1.0.432. To prevent recurrence, the affected version has been removed from the download center.

It is recommended to update the SAC agent to version 1.0.432 or later: Updating SAP Analytics Cloud Agent | SAP Help Portal. Always use the most recent version to ensure optimal performance.
