3637118 - Start date of new charge plan is assigned to system date in Convergent Charging system when the change process 'CCM_VERSION_UPGRADE' is executed in SOM

The change process 'CCM_VERSION_UPGRADE' is executed in order to update the cross catalog mapping version for existing activated contracts. In Convergent Charging system, the new charge plan is assigned to the provider contract. However, in definition tab of the charge plan, start date/time is assigned to system date when the change process 'CCM_VERSION_UPGRADE' is executed.
