3637174 - Change process 'CHANGE_BILL_CYCLE' is not displayed in the activated subscription contract

The BTMF change process CHANGE_BILL_CYCLE is activated in the customizing. However, it is not displayed in assignment block 'Processes' of the activated subscription contract. The issue occurs when the custom Billing Cycle Determination Rule ID is maintained for the product.
