3637181 - Plant name information not visible in Create Outgoing Invoices app

Symptom

In the "Create Outgoing Invoices" application, the 'Name' and 'Name 2' information cannot be seen when selecting the Plant.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the "Create Outgoing Invoices" application.
  2. Select a Plant.
  3. Observe that the 'Name' and 'Name 2' fields are not displayed.

Resolution

  1. Maintain an Address Name via configuration "Define Plant" (ID: 105877).
  2. Confirm that the plant name is now shown in the value help list.
