3637183 - Standard 240-Day Notification Behavior For I-9 Reverification - Onboarding

Symptom

The system triggers I-9 reverification notifications 240 days before the work authorization expiration date. The customer would like to customize this notification to trigger 90 days before expiration, but no option appears available to modify this timing.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

The 240-day notification is triggered by a standard provisioning job used to initiate the I-9 reverification process. This lead time is hardcoded into the job logic and is not exposed for configuration

Resolution

The 240-day I-9 reverification notification is a standard behavior and cannot be customized to a different time window such as 90 days. Customers requiring alternative notification lead times should consider submitting an enhancement request through the SAP Customer Influence Program for future product consideration.
