Unable to add Custom fields in the VF04 or Schedule Billing Creation apps. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

Extensibility for custom fields is not supported in the VF04 app as it is an extension of the SAP GUI app to UI in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

To enable and utilize custom fields in the billing process where the VF04/Schedule Billing Creation app does not support extensibility, 

Use the "Billing Documents" app instead of the VF04 app or Schedule Billing Creation app.
