3637348 - Active billing document with OFFSET status in DRC blocks VAT invoice submission

Symptom

  • Billing document status is marked as OFFSET in DRC and cannot be sent for VAT invoice.
  • No cancellation exists for the billing document.
  • The issue occurs in the "Create Golden Tax Documents" app.
