3637351 - HADR - HVAR failed due to error 2601 duplicate key row - SAP SRS

Symptom

In HADR environment with SAP Business Suite, you may see many messages like below in active SRS log,

E. xxxx/08/10 05:21:19. ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(107(4) <SID>_<Site2>.<SID>) - neric/dsi/dsiqmint.c(5055)
        Message from server: Message: 2601, State 6, Severity 16 -- 'Attempt to insert duplicate key row in object 'QRFC_I_QIN' with unique index 'QRFC_I_QIN~NXT'
'.
I. xxxx/08/10 05:21:20. Retry of a grouped transaction of 37 individual transactions has succeeded in database '<SID>_<Site2>.<SID>'.

This error won't cause DSI down, but only causes HVAR retries, frequent retries may cause HVAR performance degradation.
