3637377 - Unable to use the Configurations API V2

Symptom

  • An error occurs when using the Configurations REST API V2.
  • Error Message: "You currently do not have access to Configurations API v2. Please contact support to learn more about the licensing options required for access."

    Environment

    SAP Sales Cloud CPQ

    Cause

    This error occurs when Configuration REST API V2 is not activated on the CPQ tenant.

    Resolution

    Please contact SAP CPQ Support team to activate Configuration REST API V2.
