You receive the 'Can't establish websocket connection to server' error when running your On-Premise Extractor even though you have configured the On-Premise Extractor and your network in accordance with our user guide:

• Hardware, Software and Network Requirements for the On-Prem Extractor
• Regions, IP Addresses, and URL's to be allowed

If all servers, firewalls, proxies and all other intermediaries that are involved in the communication between your source system and our application, are correctly configured to allow network traffic, then please redownload and reconfigure the on-premise extractor. It has occured in the past that the extractor file has become corrupted while being initially setup.
