Symptom
- SAP Java stack fails to start.
- Error message: "Caused by: com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException: Exception of type com.sap.dbtech.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException caught: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to jdbc:sapdb://hostname.domain/SID [Cannot connect to host localhost:7210 [Connection refused: connect (local port 57917 to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote port 7210 to address 127.0.0.1)], -813.]."
