3637492 - Manage RFQs APP Allows Creation of Multiple Quotations for One Supplier

Symptom

  • After publishing one RFQ, multiple users open the published RFQs respectively at same time in different browsers.
  • The "Create Quotation" link remains valid for both users, allowing them to proceed with subsequent processes like submission and awarding.
  • As a result, multiple quotations against one supplier (bidder) are created.
  • Normally, when only one user opens an RFQ at a time, the system prevents the creation of multiple quotations for the same supplier.
