3637616 - Job Requisition / Job Application / Candidate Profile History not visible after Instance Refresh

Symptom

After Instance Refresh, Job Requisition History is blank and shows no changes made. Same goes with Job Application History and Candidate Profile History

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

For Job Requisition

Go to Recruiting
Open a Job Requisition
Select the 'i' Icon
Change History is Blank

For Job Application

Go to Recruiting
Open Candidate Workbench
Select a Candidate
Take Action > History
History is Blank

For Candidate Profile

Go to Recruiting
Go to Candidates Tab
Search for a Candidate
Click on the 'History' button
History is blank, no records

Cause

This is an Expected Behaviour

Resolution

This is an Expected Behaviour

Post Instance Refresh, Historical Data from Job Req, Job Application, Candidate Profile and others are not visible as this data is not passed.

The refresh process is designed to move configuration changes, but transactional and historical data are not carried over.
