3637645 - Upgrade Limitation For Individual Tenant Within A System

Symptom

  • It is not possible to upgrade a single tenant within a system individually.
  • Error message: "There are no such upgrades possible for a single tenant of a system."

Environment

  SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to request an upgrade for a single tenant within a system.
  2. Observe that the upgrade request cannot be processed.

Cause

The system does not support upgrades for individual tenants within a shared system.

Resolution

  1. Request the system owner to send an official email with all relevant details regarding the upgrade request.
  2. Await further instructions or confirmation from the responsible team.
