Symptom

User is unable to connect to the network via GlobalProtect VPN.

After navigating from the Palo Alto authentication page, the user is not redirected to complete MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) setup.
- An error message is displayed stating:
"The user with email ID (xyz@gmail.com) from the identity provider does not exist in the CallidusCloud tenant." -
This prevents successful VPN login and access to corporate resources.
