3637650 - Error Connecting to Global Protect VPN - SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management

Symptom

  • User is unable to connect to the network via GlobalProtect VPN.

  • After navigating from the Palo Alto authentication page, the user is not redirected to complete MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) setup.

  • An error message is displayed stating:
    "The user with email ID (xyz@gmail.com) from the identity provider does not exist in the CallidusCloud tenant."
  • This prevents successful VPN login and access to corporate resources.
