3637659 - DMARC Verification Failure When Sending Emails from Cloud Integration to SMTP Server

Symptom

  • Emails sent from SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) are being rejected by the recipient’s SMTP server with the error:
    • "DMARC Verification failed and has DMARC policy of reject."
  • Test emails from SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) are successfully sent, but are blocked by the receiving mail server.
