3637672 - Error When Creating Multiple Referrals via Integration Center - Recruiting Management

When trying to create multiple referrals using Integration Center, the operation is failing. The starting entity is CandidateEmployeeReferral and a possible error message is:

"[COE0019]internal error during processing records, underline reason is the request records doesn’t have corresponding results."

The "Upsert Multiple" operation is being used.

Product Management confirmed that this is a known limitation: "Upsert Multiple" should not be used directly for processing multiple referral entries.

The reason behind this is that the platform internally performs an "Upsert Multiple" operation to optimize performance when multiple entries are submitted by default. However, for multiple referrals, the admin must explicitly select "Upsert Single" to ensure correct processing. This is required to maintain compatibility with Recruiting and avoid errors.
