3637785 - Error message "Invalid value "&#34helvetica&#34" for attribute style of tag <span>" occurs when editing Notes in Visits

When entering a text on Notes field at the header of Visits, and then changing this text from the Notes/Attachments facet and saving, error message "Invalid value "&#34helvetica&#34" for attribute style of tag <span>" is shown and the change is not saved.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Visits > Visits
2. Open the desired Visit.
3. Change the Notes field in header and save.
4. It is saved successfully.
5. Now go to Notes / Attachments tab and edit the notes section there.
6. Click on Save button from the section.
7. Error message "Invalid value "&#34helvetica&#34" for attribute style of tag <span>" occurs.

The error message "Invalid value "&#34helvetica&#34" for attribute style of tag <span>" occurs because when clicking on Save button from the item level (from the Notes section) results in indirectly copying the text from item level to header level.

While if the general Save from edit mode (the one at bottom of screen) is used, the error doesn't occur.
