3637787 - Field from JobInfo cannot be found when editing job information - Employee Central

Fields configured in the BCUI under jobinfo are not found in the employee's profile regardless of permissions when editing the following:

• Position Information
• Organization Information
• Job Information
• Time Information
• EEO Information

1. Navigate to Actions Change Job and Compensation Info;
2. Attempt to edit respective the Job Info section;
3. Observe that a field is missing;

Example: the field contract-type is configured for Country-Specific jobinfo

• contract-type is not found in Position Section in the profile: 

The field missing has a Parent Field for Picklist that is configured in another HRIS Section in jobinfo.

In the example from above, contract-type has country-of-company as parent, which is assigned under Job Information Section: 

Both child and parent field needs to be in the same section. However, there are some limitations for country-of-company and custom field in Position Information section (2662093 - Adding fields in position information section). 

In the example above, contract-type has country-of-company as parent field, but this field is linked to company, which is a job information field and cannot be in position information.
