Business Rules on Candidate Profile are not supported for Reimagined Candidate Experience.

• Reimagined Candidate Experience Apply is a replacement for Mobile Apply and no business rules will be delivered on Mobile Apply, so migrating to Reimagined Candidate Experience is recommended.  
• Job Application business rules are supported on Reimagined Candidate Experience; however Candidate Profile business rules are not yet supported.
• There's no need to disable Mobile Apply for Job Application business rules to work on Reimagined Candidate Experience.

Note: Raise Message type rules are not currently supported for the job application rules as part of the reimagined candidate experience but Product Management have created an enhancement request and it may be delivered in a future release (Reference RCM-153562).
