3637841 - Impossible to Have Multiple Test Tenants Waiting for Termination for the Same Contract Limitation

Symptom

The customer wonders if it is possible to terminate the new created test tenant while the previous test tenant is still waiting for termination.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Service Control Center -> System.
  2. Terminate a test tenant.
  3. Request a new test tenant.
  4. Wait until the new test tenant is delivered.
  5. Attempt to terminating the new test tenant while the previous one is still waiting for termination.

Resolution

The request is impossible. Only one active test tenant and one test tenant waiting for termination are allowed under the same contract limitation. Ensure that the termination request for the first test tenant is completed before attempting to terminate the newly created test tenant.
