3637872 - How to unlock the documents in app "Manage Documented Credit Decisions" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

If a Sales document does not meet the credit check threshold during creation, it will be blocked in the "Manage Documented Credit Decisions" app, and even after adjusting the threshold, it remains blocked and does not unlock automatically.

The Sales document will not be unlocked automatically: the credit check is triggered only once when creating Sales documents. It does not automatically re-trigger when adjusting the threshold.

How to unlock the Sales document? This can be achieved by using the "Recheck" functionality in the app "Manage Documented Credit Decisions" to initiate the credit check again.
