3637950 - The value of field"BankAccountDescription" returns as empty in CDS view I_HouseBankAccountLinkage - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Under what circumstances does calling the SAP standard CDS view I_HouseBankAccountLinkage result in an empty value for field "BankAccountDescription"?

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When querying CDS View I_HouseBankAccountLinkage, it only returns the system language of the current user's login.

For instance, if logged in using English, only the English Account description can be seen, not the Japanese Account description. To see the Japanese Account description, a login using Japanese is required.
