3638010 - Supply Company Code details Missing in Configure Intercompany Billing Communication App – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In the Configure Intercompany Billing Communication app, the supplying company codes are not being displayed

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Configure Intercompany billing communication" app.
2. Attempt to view the supplying company code.
3. Observe that the details are not reflected.

The field "Customer Number for Intercompany Billing" has not been maintained for the sales organizations.

To maintain the Customer Number for Intercompany Billing for a Sales Organization, follow the steps below in the Manage Your Solution app:

1. Open 'Manage Your Solution' app.
2. Navigate to 'Configure Your Solution'.
3. Search for the ID '500105'.
4. Choose configuration activity '105970- Maintain Sales Organizations'.
5. On the Maintain Sales Organizations: Change – Details screen, enter your internal customer number (e.g., 10401010) in the Customer Intercompany Billing field.
6. Choose Save to confirm your changes.

In case while using SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC):

1. Log on to the project experience in SAP Central Business Configuration.
2. Select the relevant workspace, Navigate to the configurations activities tab.
3. Search for the configuration activity '105970- Maintain Sales Organizations'.
4. Select the configuration activity to navigate directly to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
5. On the Maintain Sales Organizations: Change – Details screen, enter your internal customer number (e.g., 10401010) in the Customer Intercompany Billing field.
6. Choose Save to confirm your changes.
