Symptom

  • Software Update Manager (SUM) is blocked for upgrade due to the presence of addons MRSS 700 and MRSS_NW 700, which cannot be uninstalled.
  • Error encountered in SAINT: no uninstallable addons available for MRSS 700 and MRSS_NW 700.
  • Maintenance Planner does not allow the removal of the MRSS addons.
