3638024 - Inactive attributes are not getting removed from the Growth portfolio

Inactive attributes are not getting removed from Growth Portfolio after making them inactive in Talent Intelligence Hub.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent intelligent Hub

1. Go to Manage Talent Intelligent Hub
2. Make any attribute as inactive 
3. Go to Growth Portfolio screen
4. Check for the respective attribute made inactive in Talent Intelligence Hub still shows up in Growth Portfolio

It is expected that inactive attributes will not remove automatically from Growth portfolio, as we keep the historical records in Growth Portfolio.

To avoid data inconsistencies, you can remove all associated user records from Growth Portfolio prior proceeding with your changes in Talent Intelligence Hub.

Follow the best practices below: 

To remove or inactive any attribute, begin by exporting the user details from Growth portfolio. Then, import the corresponding attributes as inactive in Growth Portfolio. Once this is done, you can proceed to export and re-import the attributes inTalent Intelligence Hub with an inactive status.
