3638059 - The copy function in APIM portal does not copy default fault rule in proxies.

Symptom

When copying an API Proxy that includes a Default Fault Rule in the XML configuration, the copy function in the API Portal does not copy the Default Fault Rule associated with the parent API Proxy. This limitation requires manual reworking of the Default Fault Rule, which is time-consuming.
