3638158 - Sales Organization Not Being Determined For Business Objects

An organizational unit is not being determined as a Sales Organization for any business object.

SAP Cloud for Customer Core Application

1. Navigate to the Administrator work center.
2. Open the General Settings view.
3. Click on the Check Party Determination hyperlink.
4. Select the relevant business object.
5. You will observe that the Sales Organization is not being determined.

Upon reviewing the organizational structure, it was found that the Sales Organization function is not enabled under the Functions facet of the relevant org unit. As a result, the system is unable to determine it as a Sales Organization for the business object.

Enable the Sales Organization checkbox for the respective org unit in the organizational structure. This allows the system to correctly determine the org unit as a Sales Organization for the relevant business object.
