3638192 - 'Last Date Worked' Not Populating Automatically On Import Of Contingent Worker

Symptom

When creating a Contingent Worker via import, the 'Last Date Worked' field in Termination Details is not automatically populated to match the Termination Date as expected.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into environment
  2. Import the files needed to create a Contingent Worker in the system
  3. Go to the Contingent Worker's profile
  4. See the 'Termination Date' has been populated to match the Work Order 'Active' record's end date, but the 'Last Date Worked' field is empty

Cause

This is current expected behaviour ; when a Contingent Worker is imported into the system, the 'Last Date Worked' is not automatically populated.

Resolution

This is expected behaviour as of the current product. As a workaround, you can manually maintain the 'Last Date Worked' field via the UI for the impacted worker.

If you would like this to be adjusted in the future, you can submit an enhancement request as per KBA 2090228.
