3638199 - Group Reporting - "Schedule Jobs for Consolidation Tasks" Fiori app on release OP2023

Symptom

You have an OP2023 system. You try to open the "Schedule Jobs for Consolidation Tasks" Fiori app directly, or for example, you try to use the "execute in background" option from the Data Monitor (CXCD) or from the Consolidation Monitor (CX20). Then an error message pops up, stating that "App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment".

At the Fiori Apps Reference Library, app F4376 is indicated as deprecated from OP2023, and app F5572 is shown, as it is only available for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
