3638267 - Group Reporting: Error "Maintain Customizing for storage category", when deleting an attachment of a group journal entry

You post a group journal entry using the Import Group Journal Entries (App ID: F3073) or the Post Group Journal Entries (App ID: F2971) Fiori app and you add an attachment to it. Later, for example during/after a workflow process, this attachment needs to be deleted. While you try to delete the attachment, you get an error message, that says: "Maintain Customizing for storage category".
