Symptom

The update flag for the standard field (ServiceRequestPartyUsedAddress) is missing in OData and Data Workbench, preventing mass updates or integrations for the ticket party address in the service request BO.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to update the address of a party involved (ServiceRequestPartyUsedAddress) in a service request via OData or Data Workbench.
  2. Observe that the update flag for the field is missing, making the update operation unavailable.

Cause

The field is configured as "updatable: false" in the metadata, which is part of the system design.

Resolution

This is an expected system behavior.
