How to delete job logs from "export jobs", "import jobs" or "scheduled exports" tabs of a model in the "data management" ?

It is  possible to delete the log entries in the export or import list  in the model / data management by clicking on the cross X afetr each history entrie.

Otherwise, there is no other User Interface control to purge scheduling history.
