3638338 - Job Title does not appear when using the Latest Applicant Workbench

Symptom

The Job Requisition title does not appear in the New Applicant workbench if the requisition title is too long causing it to display as "..."

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the New Applicant Workbench 
  2. Open a candidate application 
  3. Job Req Title does not appear in the top right corner of the application. 

Resolution

Product management have confirmed that this is currently expected behaviour. If the job req title is two long the system will condense the title and you will not see the title. 

Workarounds 

  1. Shorten the Job Req Title 
  2. Change the resolution of the page and zoom out 
  3. Use the option arrow option to display the title
