3638399 - Different Accounts Shown for the Same Sales Quote in Report CRMQUFU

In the Sales Quote Funnel & Success Rate (CRMQUFU_Q0001) Report, you notice that there are two lines for the same Sales Quote which show different Accounts.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Open the Design Reports view.
3. Find and Open Report Sales Quote Funnel & Success Rate (CRMQUFU_Q0001).
4. Start the Report and add an Filter for Sales Quote ABC (Where ABC Represents the affected Sales Quote ID).
5. In the View section, ensure that the Row Field "Account" is enabled.

For the affected Sales Quote, more than one Account will be displayed in different rows.

This scenario happens when the Account for the Sales Quote was changed, but the old Account is still linked in the item nodes for the Sales Quote. This causes different rows in the Report to show different Accounts.

If this behaviour is identified, please raise a case with SAP Support requesting a backend correction for this scenario.
