3638410 - /SAPAPO/LOM007 "No mapping entry for..." occurs for Transportation Zone during RIMODINI Transfer

Symptom

While running an initial transfer of an integration model for Production Data Structures (PDS), often for subcontracting scenarios, using transaction RIMODINI.

The process fails, and the inbound queue (SMQ2) in the target APO or PP/DS system gets stuck with the error message:

/SAPAPO/LOM007 - No mapping entry for [Location Name] 1005 [Source System]

This issue does not occur during normal delta CIF transfers that run on change pointers.
