3638416 - Error appears "Employment status could not be determined for user XXX" when rehiring the employee

When an employee who is terminated and inactive in the system is being rehired by one of the possible method like via RCM/ONB, Rehire Inactive Employee Page, Add New Employee with accept match, Import is getting an error "Employment status could not be determined for user XXX"

Due to incorrect configuration in the event reason, where the employment status was not set to "ACTIVE" but was left as "No Selection".

The employment status in the event reason must be set to "ACTIVE" for the Rehire event.
