3638417 - Troubleshooting: No Data Displayed in Contract Table View for Account Object

Symptom

No data is visible in the first load of the Contract View tab from the Account object.

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the affected tenant.
  2. Open the Account TI view which contains Contract data maintained on it.
  3. Open the Contract Tab view.
  4. Result observed, in the first load of the table NO Value is visible.
  5. After perform the second load (Go to overview and come back to Contract tab view) the data is visible as expected. 

 

Cause

Since no Default value is maintained in this table, the system does not recognize the query. Only after the second load all the content should be visible.

Resolution

Create a Default Value to the table. E.g. Select "All" as default.

  1. Open the Contract Table view from the Account TI view.
  2. Click Organize Queries.
  3. Select a default value since this no value is selected as default.
