Symptom

Tables not replicated.

Errors (for FAGLFLEXA or any other table):

Creation of Migration object Z_FAGLFLEXA_005 failed
Error when reading from ABAP Dictionary for table /1LT/00000005537 (RFC destination NONE)

Application log:
SQL exception in sender system (portion 0000000001, migration object Z_FAGLFLEXA_005, at 073825)

Looking at:
2627482 Error when reading from ABAP Dictionary for table /1LT/00000000XXX (RFC destination NONE) - SLT

You ran SE11 on SLT system and proxy table is not there.
You did SE14 check on source system and
Database consistency check for FAGLFLEXA => is consistent

Environment

SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server
Source system is S4HANA 2023
