3638460 - Onboarding/Offboarding tasks assignee limitation - Onboarding

• When assigning tasks, the "Assigned To" list appears incomplete, displaying only 7 users, while the expected number of users should be more than that.
• Emails are sent to the correct updated list of members, but the same list is not reflected when assigning tasks.
• The issue occurs even though the People Pool has been correctly updated from the Group Definition.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Manage Permission Group and update the People Pool.
2. Attempt to assign an task.
3. Observe that only 7 users are displayed in the list of assignees.

This is a system limitation as the current system only allows the assignee list to display up to 7 users.
