3638477 - Can We Customize Delegation Workflow Email Notifications Regarding Delegation Request ?

You would like to request for a delegation, but the delegatee needs to reject this request due to some reasons, and the reject email is sent to your email box like below.

Once you have enabled this option under Company System and Logo Settings, you will receive email notifications about accepting or rejecting emails.

And this email body and subject are defined by keys in Manage Language packages.

Please go to Managae Languages, download language packages for specific language, and change the keys and upload them as custom package.
