Symptom

  • The IT System Usage Matrix Report does not display all attached shapes.

Environment

Reports for SAP Signavio Process Manager.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open SAP Signavio Process Manager in the workspace.
  2. Execute the IT System Usage Matrix Report for the diagram.
  3. Review the report output and observe that only activities connected to the IT system are displayed.

Cause

The IT System Usage Matrix Report is designed to generate an assignment matrix that indicates which IT system data is read from or written to during an activity. As a result, only IT system-related activities are included, and other attached shapes are excluded.

Resolution

  1. Confirm that the observed behavior is the expected functionality of the IT System Usage Matrix Report.

Workaround- If a report including all attached shapes is required, generate a "Process Characteristics with Element Details" report.
