Symptom
- SAP application server running on Windows server fails to start after changing the password for HANA accounts(including the account used by ABAP AS to connect to HANA).
- The following error message "SQLERRTEXT: authentication failed" is observed in the dev_w traces.

- C *** ERROR => Connect to database failed, rc=1, rcSQL=10
- The password in the secure store key is correct, and this error was not fixed even after deleting the key entry and re-add it to hdbuserstore.
- 'hdbsql -U' and 'R3Trans -d' do not return any errors.
