3638496 - Differences between the FUE numbers in customer's export file and the SAP report

Symptom

 Following the steps outlined in CY199 and our help document, you exported all users and their role collections. However, the FUE number from your export differs from what is shown in SAP for Me. 

As an example:

  • The exported FUE is 2.
    The Measured FUE displayed in your SAP for Me is 12.
